The NECA Queensland Golf Day, that incorporated watching the first State of Origin match on the big screen, was an outstanding day.

Everyone who participated was able to share a laugh with industry colleagues, NECA staff and the sponsors. The Golf Day is certainly a highlight of the NECA social calendar and the 2010 competition didn't disappoint the players. 

The 18 hole amborse competition was strongly contested by some teams while others hacked away and waited for the drinks cart to arrive.

A presentation was held and the winning and losing teams were acknowledged in front of their colleagues. After long day of golf, everyone enjoyed the BBQ before getting ready to watch the State of Origin.

The night finished perfectly with a massive Queensland Maroon victory in the footy.
